ManWithoutAPlan
I'm want to make my own trainer sprite for reborn and other fangames, but I don't know how. Would any experienced spriters please consider telling me a thing or two about spriting, or link to some tutorials about spriting for trainers? Autumn Zephyr
Our very own Amethyst made a tutorial video series a few years back, so maybe that'll help you out? Here's the first vid (along with the whole playlist, of course). Happy spriting!

Promethe
Just another tidbit for people still reading, if you want a good free software that's very similar to photoshop, I personally use KRITA. ( https://krita.org/fr/ ) Just a warning, it's not the best for sprite art, like PiskelApp or heck even paint.net, but all of those are good. It really just comes down to working with a tool that you feel comfortable with both in terms of learning curve and features.
