Salfy
Go to the cave in the middle of the stairs and there will be some rock types as wild encounters that might help
fellowry
Train up bro at least to lv 30 there trainers at the grand hall that you can fight infinitely, you can train your frogadier to lv 36 and evolve it to greninja then use common candy to bring it lv down to avoid lv cap(i'm assuming you keep Smack down as one of its move, it will help a lot if you do), fire is pretty much useless in that field unless you can shut down the rain, so another thing that you can try is to get castform and train it up until it learn sunny day which you can get by trading it with a woman inside one of the house in obsidian ward for a furret
Seel The Deal
Lead with an Espurr from the neighboring alleyways alongside Camerupt. Click Fake Out and Lava Plume and watch things burn. Add Onix's Stealth Rock and train up your Fearow or Ponyta and you're golden. Alternatively, you should be able to win with your current 'mons. Onix leads with Stealth Rock of course, and lead Spritzee alongside it. Start setting up Calm Mind while your teammates (train up Ponyta and Fearow) cover it. Once you're at +4 or so you're pretty much unstoppable, and not much on her team can effectively kill Spritzee, basically just watch for Anorith's Rock Slide. (Aromatisse is also a really good 'mon in general so keep it around after the battle with a set of Moonblast/Psychic/Misty Terrain/Calm Mind)
Gastronely
Get an Ampharos from the Beryl Ward, it's in one of the houses. It learns good electric moves, and it also gets Power Gem at level 36, it trivializes the whole battle. Also, make sure to not kill Illumise, while slowly withering down her other pokemon, since the only good thing she can do is fire weak Struggle Bug's

There's a man in a house asking for a lost Mareep, which triggers the event, making Mareep apear in one of the east houses
