Since Rejuvenation is updated with the US/UM movesets, Rock Climb actually doesn't exist as a TM, so is understandable that many pokemon of this new generation can't learn this move by using the TM, like Lycanroc, for example, despite being able to learn it by leveling up. I understand that this is an oversight, not actually a bug, but it is still somewhat of an issue, and it would be greatly appreciated if it's solved in the future updates.
