Beryl Ward Building

Hi, not sure if this is the right forum section but here goes anyways: in Beryl Ward, after you exit th jungle, there is a large building with three people on the bottom floor. One of them sings a little poem that goes along the lines of 'the dragon will appear at a minute or two till two'. Is this some kinda puzzle? Cos I am completely baffled XD. If its spoilers in some way dont tell me please ;p

Try saying it out loud. It's a warm-up tongue twister we would often quickly drill in theatre in high school. And it's just really fun to say.
