Sneasel/Weavile

Hi, so I'm trying to complete my pokedex to get Poipole. I'm only missing Weavile to complete the 731 non legendary. I remeber catching Sneasel a long time ago, and the Pokedex shows that I actually did catch it, but  I can't find it on my PC, I'm going crazy looking for it. Is there a way to repeat the Sneasel event?

Using debug you could set the variable back to 0/1 or you could get someone to trade you one

I got Sneasel after my 12th Gym Badge. Instructions can be found on static encounters page.

 

I'm just wondering what would be ideal EV's. Attack and speed?

Yup! Weavile is a glass cannon so it would make sense to maximise its attacking power and speed. Reborn tends to have its enemies having a max speed nature, so I’d also recommend max speed nature (jolly) for weavile to outspeed as much enemies as possible.
