Can i get Speed Boost Torchic?

I just started playing so i dont really care if i start over, i just wanna know if i can reset the game a bunch of times to get a Speed Boost Torchic, i just dont want to be wasting my time standing there and reseting the game 30 million times.

Thanks, now im going to waste 20 minutes on the "pick-your-starter" place trying to get that Torchic, atleast i can see the Ability at the battle with Cain.

Yeah, it's like a 50/50 chance If you're trying to get one with a good nature, i suggest getting a Serious one, since some natures, make it so you don't get the ability.

It took me about 5 min to finally get it with a Hardy Nature so neutral stats

IMO a neutral nature isn't that great, it's optimal to sacrifice a defensive stat rather than going for a neutral nature such as hardy or serious.

You could have just bred it with the Ditto. :/ (assuming based on your sig that you already had a blaziken)
