Out of curiosity, will my recycling bin trubbish ever evolve? I have him up to level 65 now, so I've kind of lost hope that he'll become a recycling bin garbador, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Trubbish does not evolve. It has the stats of Garbodor by default
