In my opinion, it's a bad idea to ever use a nature that lowers Def/SDef. It would be way easier to just have Modest or Adamant for me...(and this is why I never run a mixed sweeper)

Also, I would recommend using Magic Bounce on Espeon, instead of Synchronise. That way, it reflects statuses (and other stuff), instead of merely giving the opponent one as well.

Apart from that, I got nothing...

I suggest adding something that can throw down entry hazards and can rapid spin away any on your side. I recommend a Forretress, because he can fit this role perfectly, and he has excellent defense and typing to boot.

typically, investing in HP is better than investing in Def/Sp.Def, since it increases your bulk versus everything, not just one or the other. Bright Powder is also an unusual choice for volcarona; maybe a life orb or focus sash would be better. Dry Skin is an interesting choice; it makes you kind of weak to sun, which is not worth the benefits of anti-rain (since Water is only normally effective anyway.) Poison Touch might help you a bit more since you really only have Milotic to status people. Since Milotic is your status absorber, you might need less Def investment, since Marvel Scale provides an amazing defense boost.

As for your issues with tank/stall, setup counters them. Swapping Haxorus out for a different lead, and switching it in on the enemy cleric/tank.

i will try the HP EV this time as you say..

BRIGHT POWDER for my Volcarona helps me a lot,, since most attacks that she cant resist have decreased accuracy, like Hydro Pump and Stone edge

i might also dont want to add another focus sash since i already have two of them.

DRY SKIN gives me an immunity to water attacks too, additionally helps my AcidPunch to recover quickly if my opponent tries to hit my Volcarona with water attacks i'll just switch to Him, also Its a good counter pokemon for GRENINJA Users.

for status I also have MAGIC BOUNCE Carbuncle,, and for Milotic i think your right to just add my defense EV to other attributes

and for HAXORUS, he's my lead pokemon and i dont want to switch him sorry,, he can still swept 3 pokemon even having 1HP left.

Thanks for your help Asha

The items are a bit strange. They aren't particularly good competitively, but in the metagame, they're alright.

Personally, I like to run a Gen 5 set starring Sandslash w/ Sand Veil, Brightpowder, double team, and either a Tyranitar or Hippowdon. Put the enemy to sleep or paralyze, then switch into Sandslash, set up 6 Double Teams, which with the brightpowder and Sand Veil makes it impossible for the enemy to hit frequently. Probably about a 20-30% chance of actually hitting. And already, Sandslash has pretty good defense. So, it's a cheap set and is banned in all tiers, but it's still fun to use. Here's the build:

Sandslash (Sand Veil) -Brightpowder
252 Atk.
252 Spd.

4 Sp. Def.
Jolly/Adamant (+Spd./+Atk. -Sp. Atk.)
Double Team
EQ
Stone Edge
Swords Dance/X-Scissor/Rock Slide

please, don't rely on a hax item or on sash to save you. The firs will annoy extremely the oponent if works unnecessarily, and the obiquity of stealth rock will make the sashes pointless 99% of the time. leftovers and Life Orb are better than scope lens and air baloon respectively on their actual owners

Weak team.

Stop using stupid stuff like focus sash, brightpowder, etc. To put it nicely since we're on a forum, it makes you look very inexperienced and would give people the impression that you don't know how to play this game. Your EV's are weird, like did you close your eyes and pick random numbers or something? You're missing 4 EV's on your Espeon and your Electivire. Toxicroaks EV's are garbage. I don't know what you did with Milotic. Volcarona's EV's are weird, but Haxorus's EV's are the only ones that make sense. You have 0 Ground resistances and 2 Pokemon weak to Ground moves which shows that it's very poorly built. You don't have a very good idea of what type synergy is, but I'll help you fix this issue. Here is my recommendation. When you get on Reborn's Pokemon Online server, go to "File", then "Open Teambuilder". Click "File" again when the team builder is open, then click "New". Good luck.

Kidding haha but in all seriousness this team needs a LOT of work. Get your EV's fixed I'm sure you can find some legitimate EV's online. Get yourself a ground resistance you can switch Electivire for Zapdos or something. Keep a track of threats and weaknesses etc etc. Lemme know if you need help.

The missing Ev's, actually i totally forgot about that remaining 4, my bad.

Milotic is my only tank in my team, status and Physical attack absorber, it's very effective against Scizor, Dragon/Ground and Dragon/Flying Users

I let Electivire Hold Air Baloon so he will be Immune to Ground Unless Hit, and also my electric absorber having Motor Drive

actually i dont really prefer using Toxicroak because i dont find its looks interesting, but i keep using it as water absorber and sucker puncher.

I guess i need help on choosing the items to give them because honestly i only know few of them, and i am lazy to check them online, sadly P.O dont shows their functions.

As much as possible I dont want to replace my main Team (Haxorus, Volcarona, Milotic and Espeon), so if i will going to replace members it will be either the remaining two, btw i refuse to use legendary pokemons for my team, i just decided not to, but if given a chance ti use one i prefer Thundurus than Zapdos.

Thanks

To extremely annoy the opponent will count to my strategies. :P I have Espeon to counter Stealth Rocks. btw whats the best item for espeon if im going to change calmmind with HP Fighting?
