Spoiler First you need one of these Simisage, Simisear or Simipour And then teach it the moves thief, fling and recycle. After that, in battle first use thief then use fling and then use recycle. Make sure that the user doesn't have any held items before the battle and that the user does not repeat the process twice in the same battle.
