You can find another girl on the coast by hugging the bottom wall while going right. Tho she's doesn't seem to be a part of the orphan questline in V12, at least before GDC which is were I'm ATM. I know she used to count as on orphan based off an older guide I read. I wouldn't worry about the second girl, I've completed the questline for the time being without her. I'm just informing you about her incase she becomes relevant later.
