Is there a place in the game where it is always raining?

Hello,

 

I'll soon need to evolve my Sliggoo but I know it has to be raining for it to evolve into Goodra. Before I try resetting my game until I get rain, I wanted to check that there wasn't an easy area where it is always raining where I could just use a rare candy? Thanks

i don't think there is, but you could use the weather changing mod from the modular modpack to set rainy weather

I managed to change the date enough to get rain, but thanks for sharing this; I think I might download it in the future
