bruhtonium Posted July 28, 2020 Share Posted July 28, 2020 (edited) i guess you have to first get access to north cellia and then do a side quest involving clark., You activate that by talking to her she's in south-western side of north-cellia if i am correct, than you can get access to the ranger guild in central, but it would be a good idea to beat the steel gym-leader beforehand since you need a certain hm to progress through the island, and you get the hm as a reward for defeating him Edited July 28, 2020 by bruhtonium Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
