I read somewhere you could get it near Grand Hall and the Candy Shop but I cant get there because I'm locked in Agate Circus, wouldnt let me go back. I tried talking to the local Ice Cream Man but he doesnt sell one. Would really appreciate if you could trade me one. Please? Thank you!
