Well actually when I say Thunderbolt is available I mean that you can get it just before the last gym battle. If not, maybe you could breed a Electabuzz with Thunder (Human-Like) with Volbeat or Illumise (Bug/Human-Like) egg-group to get one of those two bugs baby with Thunder. And then breed that one with Galvantula to get a baby that knows Thunder? Could someone double-check my thinking? EDIT: Ugh, I just realized the topic is kinda old now... Apologies.
