Have anyone seen trubbishes holding the said item or is it removed (been running around for a while with compoundeyes venonat on lead spot and not a single one has appeared yet). Or do I have to wait for next fight with Cain in order to get the said item for my Skuntank? Any ideas?

I saw (and caught one) Grimer with the item on the Wasteland.

Those are some what more common than BlackSludge Trubbishes.

I get alot of those in that alleyway near where numel is.

I have one too, found it in on a trubbish in the obsidia alleyways.

I caught a Trubbish with it in the alleyway where the Aqua gang is while training up.
