Accidentally got stuck in a corner thanks to the overworld espurr.

I tried quitting the game and accidentally saved so I can't choose to soft restart the game. don't have any pokemon that can use teleport or fly (not that I've gotten the badge to use fly) is there maybe any way I can go back to a previous save file? because I really don't want to restart.

you can do that by going into your saved games folder for rejuv, then rename a backup save to game.rxdata
