No. Spoiler As of Episode 18 he is trapped inside the Void along with Ciel or Sampson and GG. Also Luna, but she views it as home. But people inside the Void aren't dead. GG is called out by Lin to trap one of the Agate trio, and your character escapes it with the help of Luna and Shade after you are trapped inside.
