Oasis in the desert

So I have been looking at a map of the desert, and I can only find the two oases on the right side of the map. I've looked at where I believe the tower will appear, and it's just a few ponds of murky water. This has been baffling me for a half an hour now so please help me.

You need to find and interest with 3 of the oasis without leaving the main dessert spot the oasis move everytime u find it

There is only one oasis but if can spawn in any one of those four spots

 

Tower spawns in sets of 3 or it should

Thank you. I just got into the tower after going in circles for the oases. Now I can get some good mons, and great items.
