According to the 100% guide I should go to the scholar district now, but it seems to still be blocked off to me. Is there something I am missing? I have already opened the box. Thanks EDIT: Figured it out. You have to enter from route 9. The city entrances don't work. Honestly did not remember there was even a route 9 entrance...
