Lil' Sunny
if you can, go back and teach mamoswine blizzard, if not then grab something outside the city, abomasnow works. Use jolteon to paralyze typhlosion so its slower than your blizzard mon and then use blizzard. congrats you just disabled her field and made the battle 10x easier. After that mamoswine should have a field day, or go grab a water type from somewhere.
wcv
Go grab some rock types from the caves and route you've been going through. Gigalith with Wide Guard and Rock Slide basically makes her a cakewalk for instance. Lycanroc is also good for that.
Felsen
You typically don't want to bring any mons that are bad against the leader's type. It's common in Reborn to catch more than six pokemon and rotate them for each gym. I would recommend a Rhydon which you can get in the cave before her, Nidoqueen which you can get from the Corey quest, and potentially something with drizzle or even rain dance to counter her Ninetails' drought. Bennylava
Teach your Typhlosion Eruption and you can literally sweep everything with just that. I'm about to finish a my Fire-type mono run and Typhlosion swept her whole team on it's own. Eruption on Super Heated field is kind of dumb. Just max Speed and Sp.A EVs, get it Timid nature to make sure you outspeed her team and you're set. You can also just do Modest nature and set up a Tailwind on turn 1, then swap in your Typhlosion and start sweeping.
