Training place

I had just beaten shelly and i understand that i HAVE to train. I survived with only my venusaur at red and just because i got lucky on 3 petal dance. Does someone know any good training spot?

id recommend training under the grand stairway. it's a bit slow, esp when you need to go back and heal, but it's the best area in terms of levels at that point

Another option is fighting the trainers in the Grand Hall, since you can fight them over and over again and they generally scale with the level cap.

completely forgot about the grand hall trainers. if your levels are low, id begin by training under the grand stairway, and then moving to the grand hall trainers once your team can handle it. it's a much better place to grind
