Shiruu34 Posted June 22, 2021 Share Posted June 22, 2021 It's the gift Riolu ( you get a code for it after completing "where love lies" and enter the code in the central GDC building ), the gift Eeevee you get after defeating all the kimono girls at the rose theater and a certain Cacturne in the Zorrialyn desert.
