Finnlocke Posted July 19, 2021 Share Posted July 19, 2021 Hey, I had a Problem in Chapter 3 yesterday in which the game crashed after boarding the train from Route 2 and speaking with Karrina and the Officer at the West-Gearen Station. I did some "research" and I found that some of the Events in the Chapter 3 West-Gearen-City-Illusionthingy cause the game to crash with the error message: comparison of String with 20 failed. I removed the weather effects and some of the Ghost-Trees and some dialogue from Karrina after leaving the Train-Station (also made the Event Action Button not autorun) and now everything seems to work. (Probably not the best to openly say that I edited the game files, but maybe it will reduce the time to search for the bug/problem) I will edit if anything else goes wrong now.
