Me and my friend have been grinding and resetting for a while and have had no luck. I saw it had a chance of having it in previous versions but is it still true in V13? I guess it was changed, but there's no way to know. I know I can easily get one later on buts its more of the fact that I wasted a lot of time resetting for something that isnt there anymore.
