I seem to have lost mine when I updated my game, and I'm not sure where to find the ones I may not have gotten. -You get the first one from the lady at the department store. -The second one is obtainable by doing the kimono girls quest. -By doing the 'Classified Information' help quest, you get the third one. -Number four is obtainable by beating the virtual league. -You receive the fifth one from Neptune, underwater. -Venus gives sticker number six, after you beat her at Zone Zero. -Finally, sticker number seven is obtainable by doing Narcissa's lengthy side quest.
