Controller Keybinds

I'm trying to use DS4Tools to bind the keys I can't rebind to my controller, LAlt (The key item slot) and M (The "Turbo Speed" button).

 

Rejuvenation won't recognize them at all. Other programs will, however. Is there something I'm missing to be able to do this, or am I forced to play with a keyboard?

EDIT:

I downloaded a program called AntiMicro and am using that alongside DS4Tools. It seems to work quite well.

 

But if anyone has any input on how to get DS4Tools or similar to work all by itself, I'd love to hear it.
