need help in West Gearen sewer ( spoiler for people who havent reach here yet ).

So, after the gate didn't open and the garbodor turn to face the player, the character stuck like this. the music still play and there are movement from the garbodor but i cant move my character at all ? it just stuck like this. Anyone experience this problem too here ? Thanks in advance
