oxober
Now that dittoo seem to be from dens only with fixed IVs how will you breed for IVs
Gronzak
You can breed for IVs the old way, get the IV items from EV training rooms, destiny knot (they give it to you kinda early in the game) and start breeding and saving the IVs you need, it's hard to get to 6 IVs, but i got a Galar meowth with 5 IVs (31/31/31/31/31/30) doing this, it's that and a lot of patience (or dload a "fasbreed mod" for rej v13 to not have to wait for the eggs and hatchs)

Cause i found the power items in the EV rooms but those promote EV growth, they have nothing to do with IVs

Example: - First Generation - Female - 2, 7, 22, 31, 12, 7 (Holding the Destiny Knot) Male - 12, 7, 21, 19, 18, 12 (Holding the Everstone) (Order of the IVs is HP, Attack, Defense, S.Attack, S.Defense and Speed) - 8th Generation - Female - 23, 22, 28, 31, 31, 30 (Holding the Everstone) Male - 26, 21, 30, 31, 31, 30 (Holding the Destiny Knot) - Final Generation - Female - 31, 30, 29, 31, 31, 30 Male - 31, 31, 30, 31, 31, 31 <- The one you decided to settle with The Everstone needs to either be mined or can be acquired through Geodudes at a 5% chance (You can either catch them or use Thief) The Destiny Know is obtained at one of the houses in Kakori Village where there's a female NPC in a white dress with a white hat, she will ask to see the Team Xen Battleship and after you follow her around the ship she will return to her house and reward you with the Destiny Knot -EDIT- OFC you don't need to settle with ALL IVs on 30-31 since there's always one status that is useless to a pokemon, like, Attack on an Alakazam, you can let this IV alone since he won't use it anyway so..

So for example lets say i only have a MALE Cinderace that i want to IV breed and pass on the egg moves high jump kick and sucker punch. Since cinderace is unique and cant be found in the wild i will need a ditto to breed with until i get a female scorbunny. After that i find suitable male parents to pass on the egg moves until again i have a female scorbunny that knows HJK and sucker punch and then lastly i breed for IVs with my male Cinderace. Is that correct or is there an easier and less time consuming way?
Elliot Gale
Either parent can pass egg moves. You do not need a male specifically. Though in the case of Cinderace x Ditto, your offspring should have the moves.

Egg Moves always pass to the child so every single Scorbunny after that will have both High Jump Kick and Sucker Puch, I know because I literally did that, lol

If a parent holds a power item, the IV corresponding to that item is guaranteed to be inherited (unless both parents do, in which case it's random which one is). I find them most useful at the beginning of the breeding process when I only have 1 perfect IV to give to the baby, because I can force it

Cause i found the power items in the EV rooms but those promote EV growth, they have nothing to do with IVs the same EV items, holded while breeding, help keeping IV's as en example, you have a pasrent with 31 IVs in speed, if that parent is holding the Speed power item, then the hatched pokemon will inherit the 31 IVs in speed same goes for every single other power item if a parent has a 31 in speed, and the other has a 31 in atk, both with their respective power items, then the hatch will have 31 in speed and 31 in attack, for more IVs than that, you need to start working with Destiny knot
Brauvo
I always wait until you get your mom's Sylveon, as it always has perfect IVs. It's in the very expansive field group, so I breed it with things that have more than one egg group whenever I need to spread IVs. Before that point in the game, I just do the old fashion way and accept IVs that are 25+. It's not so crucial at the beginning of the game.
