Soft locking is where you can't progress because of a fault and the only way to fix it is by going back to a previous save or something. And by checking the Item Guide, it appears only way IS by mining; or finding one on a Dwebble/Roggenrola/Any wild mon that can potentially hold a Hard Stone. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
