If I remember correctly it was shadow encounter when battling Zetta at Valor Shore and that battle was a while ago so I don't remember for sure if he had it, but I guess if it was I didn't catch it. In v12 the shadow chinchou was the only way to get it, but if there is a way to just catch it somewhere now that be great because I'm trying to finish that one quest in Akuma town.
