[v13 Spoiler] Sooo.. This bug when you play as Saki post-Puppet Master.. [Solved.. Kinda..]

Anyone else having this? And if you managed to fix.. How?
This bug is pretty major since, even tho' I can interact with things and progress as soon as it changes back to MC I get stuck at the HQ since this bug persists there and I can't access the stairs or doors because I phase through them.. Under the picture are a couple of things I've tried to fix the issue

1 - Re-Installing the v13.0.3 version aka deleting the folder (except for the save) and replacing it again
2 - Loading a previous save file where I had to fight the Puppet Master again
3 - Re-Installing the v13.0.3 AND loading a previous working savefile (So by now I defeated the Puppet Master 3 times, nice)
4 - Installing debug mode (Well.. I can get out of the room using warp but that's the only way and it's kinda laggy so..)

I already reported the bug but I wanna know if anyone managed to fix this by their own so I can progress..

Managed to solve it but.. The only way is to go back to v13.0.2.. This bug is present only on v13.0.3
