I believe the crash is occurring with the rematch with the trainer left of the entrance to the sewer (youngster Kaleb I believe), just after interacting with them. I recommended them to reinstall, but the issue is still happening. They are not running any mods. Screenshots provided below and if you need any more info let me know and I'll ask them.
