I'm preparing a Zangoose for my team and want to teach it Facade. However, I didn't grab the TM before the Abandoned Sewers were changed to the Water Treatment Facility. Rozetheeuwu Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 (edited) I checked the item guide for ya, it says it's missable so yeah you can't get it. (There are a lot of good missable items so it might be the case that they are available in post game for you other than you can't get it.
