Unfinished Quests in East Gearen (now Neo Gearen)

I've gone back to East Gearen while doing GDC to do the help center quests and it's now Neo East Gearen. All of the original help center quests are gone, which wouldn't be a problem except I need to do these quests in order to do later quests. It says that someone (I can't remember if it was Jan or someone else) completed the quests, but if I go somewhere else to do a follow up quest it still says I need to do the original one in East Gearen that doesn't exist anymore. I looked around online but haven't found a solution to this except starting a new save file, which I really don't want to do this far into the game. 

 

Has anyone found a solution to this?

You lost it..
These quests are tagged as "Timed" meaning they do expire if you don't do them, if East Gaeren becomes Neo Gaeren and you didn't do them for whatever reason then you're just out of luck, the only way is to restart your savefile and this time make sure you do ALL the help plaza before moving to another place.

Yes, the original East Gearen quests expire when boarding the GDC train. The West Gearen arc is the last one during which the Floria and Terijuma Islands can be accessed before East Gearen converts to Neo. 

 

As stated, I'm afraid you lost out, a new save file is the only solution. 

 

I thought I read that V13 was going to clarify this in the quest descriptions.

I'm good because I'm a completionist but believe this would be a good idea for others like you.
