However it is randomly generated, so there might be a chance you won't get it. pizzagod13 Posted September 17, 2021 Share Posted September 17, 2021 Yeah Route 4 is where I found mine for this very purpose. Alternatively, you can just have two Talonflames. At least, I assume that is what you need it for lol. A word of warning, the game locks you out of the PC after a certain point, which I think is before the Spoiler Madelis fight.
