Cant use page up page down in my laptop so i cant use fly outside Terrian region

My laptop doesnt have page up page down keys so i find using the FN key plus up and down also works but it doesnt for me. Im doing something wrong or i just cant use fly outside Terrian with my laptop? If so RIP sidequests.

I think in V13 those keys got changed to Q and W
