Stuck after beating Ren in the desert, returned to GDC and can't go to tournament.

Whenever i go to the train it doesnt show the option for tournament, plus when i go through the main route to route9 i trigger a cutscene i went through, how do i fix this?

after Damien take you back to route 9 , you would be near a station, take the train there it should show you option for tournament , as for the bug u simple just load up a back up file , i reckon you would save after the battle against Ren so load at that point
