pizzagod13 Posted November 19, 2021 Share Posted November 19, 2021 I don't think you can wake them up. You can win one at the fair that is in GDC, right in front of the Axis University. Talk to the karate guy next to the clown edit: you need one blue shard to play. If you don't have one you can find where one is in the item guide, or find one of the breakable mining minigame rocks, and then save in front of it, and keep reloading until you mine a blue shard.
