Tomas Elliot
Why not using the Super Training feature? O.o
Maelstrom
1. amulet coin/luck incense 2. chateau/e4 runs with generous spamming of Money power lvl 3. 3. Bargain Power lvl 3, purchase Vitamins, use them 4. Super train the rest of the way on lvl 3. With stats boosted by vitamins, the rest should be easy. But yeah, sweet scent induced hordes work well too, provided you can teach that pokemon an area hitting attack that can hit and ko whatever you plan on running into. Or turn exp share on and let the lead pokemon do all the work- the rest of the party will get all the same EV's too, so keep that in mind. Summer
X and Y made EV training a fucking joke with horde training. Put macho brace and turn on exp share and start mass murdering whatever pokemon horde you need for evs. If you need specific stats tho, Super training is the way to go, even though it's slow. Skeleton
Yeah what Summer said. It's how I do it. Just equip a brace on the pokémon you want to EV train and have the EXP share on. I use a Lapras to mass murder hordes. Also it's important to get a Oddish or Gloom (Anything with Sweet Scent really) to trigger hordes. I use Route 8 for Speed EVs, Wingull hordes. Though if it's raining you can look for Zubats in that connection cave. And for Sp. Attack I go to Frost cave and murder ice creams. You can get the braces at the Battle Maison. They're 16BP, so you only need to battle 3 times for one. (You get 2 BP after 10 battles.) Oh and to make sure you've reached max just check it out in Super Training with bags and stuff. It will tell you when your stats can't go higher. Make sure your pokémon's stats are zero though! Just keep hitting an empty bag in super training until you get a reset bag if you need to get the stats to zero. Everybody told you that already though. T-Raz
http://www.reddit.com/r/pokemon/comments/1ounim/list_of_horde_encounters_and_ev_values_useful_for/ Just a list of where specific hoards are, for what EV's you want to raise, & how often they appear. Plus Super Training works well to.=)
Magus
EV training is so much easier in this game and I love game freak for doing this.
blazenx56
if you want to ev train a lot of pokemon at the same time go with hordes or if you want to do one at a time then super training but i have to say if its a sweeper set use the super training beouse you will train faster if your upgrade attack and sp attack ex:my pyshical infernape only took a hour to ev fully becouse he hit so hard on the bloons Edited November 8, 2013 by blazenx56
