Darchlight Cave / Classified Information

I am trying to finish this Sidequest.

But for some reason Anabelle doesn't show up in the cave.
I used the fast travel option, when i talked to them to get to the cave.
Now i walked down, to the Black gate, where they are suppose to be, but none is there
do i need anything else to get them here? Like a badge or so?

You need to change the cave using the darchlight mirror prior to the last room (or at the same room, can't recall which one it is).

But how? I can only change the Color in the prior room. but if i do that, the bridge is gone.

And there also is no point in the room to change to color.
