The cutscene of Melia leaving after i get the magma ore does not trigger.

In the save i provided i saved just before i enter the door to trigger the cutscene, why? in other countless saves i tried to backtrack and see if i'd be able to progress the game. I already fought the Groudon and got the ore all im missing is to return but when i do venam still says ''i'll be waiting don't take too long''. i've looked up guides and searched for solutions before making this thread. I need help please.

Did you go back to the shop in Kristilline, unfreeze it, and get Magma drift?
