0 Marius Posted March 30, 2022 Share Posted March 30, 2022 (edited) you can get it after city restoration when you can pick between a few restorations in the grand hall pick the railnet restoration and you will find it in a train station from a guy that will give you a mystery egg but wants a probopass in return hope this was of some help!
