Rozetheeuwu Posted March 29, 2022 Share Posted March 29, 2022 When I used Phione I maxed out my Defense and Special Defense EVs. I ran Whirlpool, Grass Knot, Substitute and Scald. Choose attack or special attack and have the nature lower the one you don't choose and raise defense or special defense for max value. Moves: - Scald/Surf (scald is better but you might not have it unless you got all the stamps) - Substitute (again you need all the stamps) - Dazzling Gleam (coverage option) - Filler, you could try whirlpool here for chip damage maybe? Gastronely Posted March 30, 2022 Share Posted March 30, 2022 Once I got it, I ran a set with Whirlpool, Charm, Acid Armor and a filler move, usually Surf or Grass Knot. It worked pretty damn well against many physical attackers (specially the Regi fights at Amethyst Cave). Later on I agree with everyone here.
