I saw lotad in the coral ward, went into the pokecenter to drop off a pokemon for shiny hunt purposes, and when I stepped out the cain fight was there. After that I haven't managed to get lotad to come back.
So, I have pokesnax and it's raining, not storming, yet no lotad. I'm not sure if I did something wrong?
Edit: it's the lower pier set, and I cannot believe how many times I ran back there to check if it was there and failed to go down three steps. Just ignore me, I'm going to go yeet myself into the polluted water.
