Vivi_Hallow Posted April 17, 2022 Share Posted April 17, 2022 Spoiler So, I completed "Bee's Pokédex Quest" on E18, and I've been told the Ice Beam TM is acquired at 300 mons, but the NPC doesen't give me the item, nor it's in the ground. I've progressed until pre-Saphira fight and I have used some mods in the past. I've got the quality of life passwords, such as hardcap, easyhms, fieldapp, weathermod and pinata.
