Drangofet Posted April 27, 2022 Share Posted April 27, 2022 I'm currently doing the level 135 Lugia & Ho-Oh legendary Pokémon side quest and I'm having trouble finding Charlotte. After talking to Laura at the ground level of the Mirage Tower she said Saphira is in the basement and Charlotte is up the tower. I found Saphira in the basement and Lugia but now I'm stuck looking for Charlotte. I went all the way up the tower, broke every piece of glass, but couldn't find Charlotte anywhere.
