Pippolazzo Posted May 9, 2022 Share Posted May 9, 2022 You can also get an earlier one in Obsidia Slums if you haven't been to the Orphanage yet. As soon as you beat the 3rd PULSE-Tangrowth, go back to the Slums and you should find a familiar face inside, near the left entrance.
