Episode 19 Axew location?

I noticed the old Axew event cave has been redone, and no longer gives an Axew. Does anyone know where to find Axew in episode 19?

Go back to the Underroot in Rhodochrine Jungle once you have the Crystal Key from Luna's gym, there's a puzzle involving crystals, rock smash and cut in the upper right corner with the Axew egg as final prize.

I'm trying to do the same quest and apparently there's invisible roadblocks in the way is there something I'm missing?

During the later stages of the game a new quest line starts in which you need to acquire the Silvon Scope to ultimately clear out all the Kecleon littering the Beryl Ward area. It's not actually related to the Axew egg in any way, but if you really can't reach the egg because of them, then you'll need to finish that quest first.

After the raid on Devon, speak to the people at Silph Co. and then return to the Devon storefront, working your way back up through the various rooms filled with shock panels until you reach the dead end in which your character was initially kidnapped. There is a single trainer you need to fight to snatch up all the necessary items.
