Sonny Shiba
I've reached my breaking point with this puzzle. The closest I can get is having the three middle tiles solid. I think the issue is that the game keeping the lightest tiles on one side and the darkest on the other, making it impossible to create white and black. The video guide doesn't help because I cannot get that starting configuration. Exiting/changing dimensions doesn't help. Any tips on how to have the lightest/darkest tiles present on both sides? The only way to reset it is reload an earlier save. Also, the postgame guide has step by step photo instruction for that puzzle now. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1n0MGk8DAMW4lsbUh26LCoBtm1N0_AHQH_2ahvjaTAnY/edit#heading=h.al99r8dkx3tx

I actually ended up solving it on my own. Turns out you can get it to spit out different colors after shuffling dimensions with the Malamar statue. I was also misinterpreting what was happening when the colors combined. I thought the colors on the sides mixed first, then mixed with the color of each tile down the center lol. So glad it was much simpler than that!
