I defeated Angie and in the story I'm right before you get on the train in West Gearen to head to GDC, but the Kristiline Help Center is still closed. Did I miss something?

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, it wasn't showing me any Pokemon Rejuvenation categories.

The Rejuvenation section is temporarily hidden because of Reborn's recent release. 

 

As for your question, you have to complete all help requests in Kakori Village first.
